Floors, Incorporated installs hardwood floors, which are FSC certified upon request. Robbins Sports Surfaces is Chain-Of-Custody certified to supply Floors, Incorporated with FSC certified maple. Floors, Incorporated installs solvent-free synthetic surfaces with high recycled content. Robbins Maple LEED Contributions:

MR Credit 4.2 – Recycled Content
• Zero/G™ Shock Pad – the Zero/G Shockpad is rebounded urethane, manufactured from 100% post-industrial waste. Zero/G contains no mercury, asbestos, lead or heavy metals. It is impregnated with the Aegis-T® MicroShield® anti-microbial (mold resistant) component. Zero/G can be combined with formaldehyde-free plywood subfloors and Smartwood™ certified maple to contribute additional points in LEED certification.
• Robbins’ BioSport 2 pad is manufactured from 100% recycled material.
• Robbins Sportwood parquet maple flooring is manufactured from post-industrial waste.

MR Credit 3 – Resource Reuse
• Robbins SportPlay family of flooring can be moved from one facility to another when the organization relocates.
• Robbins Zero/G Shockpad is 100% recyclable should the floor require replacement.

MR Credit 7 – Certified Wood
• Robbins is a FSC Certified Mill offering flooring certified by Smartwood™. It is available upon request.

EQ Credit 4.1 – Low emitting Materials – adhesives and sealants
• Robbins’ Sportwood Adhesive contains zero VOCs.

EQ Credit 4.2 – Low-Emitting Materials – Paints & Coatings
• Robbins factory-applied finishes emit no VOCs at the installation sight, and less than 1% of field applied finishes when applied at our manufacturing facilities.

EQ Credit 4.4 – Low-Emitting Materials – Composite Wood
• Robbins manufactured-assembled sub-floors are made with formaldehyde- free plywood.

MR Credit 2.1 & 2.2 – Construction Waste Management
• Robbins Pulastic Sports Floor System (100% landfill avoidable) is a permanent sport floor system capable of being restored 100% without removal or disposal.
• Robbins Pulastic Sports Floor System is capable of being installed over previously installed floor systems.

MR Credit 3.1 & 3.2 – Resource Reuse
• Robbins Pulastic Shockpad (93% reusable –shock pad consists of 93% recycled materials, specifically post-consumer rubber car tires.)
• Robbins Pulastic Sports Floor System is capable of being installed over previously installed floor systems.

MR Credit 4.1 & 4.2 – Recycled Content
• Robbins Pulastic Sport Floor Systems contain 40% to 65% post-industrial, or 60% to 85% post-consumer recycled content by volume, depending on pad type and thickness. Example Pulastic

ID Credit 1 – Innovation & Design Process
Robbins Pulastic Sport Floor Systems are seamless, fluid-applied, permanent sport floor systems that are 100% renewable/restorable and eliminate the need of removal or disposal of the system for the life of the building. Pulastic Systems are ISO 14001 certified and by virtue of the prefabricated shockpad, and the durability of the wear layers and protected structure, Pulastic will provide superior performance, safety and comfort, throughout the life of the facility while continuing to make positive environmental contributions for the facility owners and users.
