The maintaining of athletic floors whether maple or synthetic, is crucial to the life expectancy of the floor.

Maple floors need to be cleaned and a coat of high quality athletic floor finish applied every year per the recommendations of the MFMA. Floors Incorporated would be happy to evaluate any athletic floor and furnish a report to the owner regarding any repairs, sanding or clean and coat work the floor may need. Many times our report reveals that no work needs to be done. Floors Incorporated will also provide clear and concise budget figures for all remedial work that may need to be done.

Synthetic floors are very tough, but often they need repairs. Floors Incorporated will evaluate all types of synthetics and recommend repair methods and provide a competitive bid to repair any floor.
